Uh, no he didn't.
That honor goes to Bill Clinton, who not only created more jobs than
Reagan,
he balanced the deficit and created a surplus....something Reagan, or
any
other Republican was not able (or willing) to do.

But the real point here is:
Reagan isn't around anymore, and who's left are a bunch of phonies.
