Americans who are seeing their financial worth tumble will never- NEVER- recover the assets they and their families worked lifetimes for. You could send some to jail but you will never see your assets recover. You still will be held to paying high property taxes on diminished valuations, increased fees, less services, more welfare not to mention the inability to tame Mother Nature. Besides the super-rich hedge themselves in off shore accounts and wealth too big to be caught or fail.That is the crux of the banking problem.
