Strangely enough, a friend and I didn't get anything last year, and both our returns were filed by H&R Block who applied and assured us both that we were eligible for the stimulus payments. It cost me about $250 to have H&R Block do my taxes...so I'm in the hole double. So it seems I stimulated H&R Blocks business, but didn't get anything in return.
