Remember what el Rushbo said... 'Why does Obama want Republican support for this bill? So if the bill doesn't work, he can say that Republicans voted for it'? Well, they didn't vote for it, and will now do everything in their power to make sure it doesn't work. So the question becomes: Will that be enough to stop a second term for Obama? My guess is it won't be. Especially if they target Republican strong-hold states or areas for exclusion or reduction of recovery funds since they wouldn't be voting for Obama anyway.
