Yes he does. He is a divorced, pathetic failure of a man and a father who claims to have a disability (if that is what you want to call government dependence) and likes to tell tall tales to spice up his limited intellect. They do not make them any more foolish than Mikey. It must suck knowing he threw away every opportunity offered him.
