Reagan still enjoys a top-ten rating amongst all Presidents, being ranked 10th. I've said before; I liked Reagan, but I don't care for the Bush idiots. Historically speaking, and just as I had predicted, Bush Jr. ranks among the bottom 10 Presidents at 36 out of 42 currently, and just edging out Millard Fillmore of the defunct Whig Party. The short lived Whig Party morphed into the Republican Party.
