Over the weekend I had the chance to make Smores using those Peppermint Star Peeps I bought right after Christmas. OMG..... excellent!! Kind of like a York Peppermint Patty. Everyone loved them. If you try cooking Peeps over a fire, be aware that they heat faster and fall off the holder quicker than regular marshmallows. But if you can find the peppermint ones again, definitely try the Smores! They were great!!
