You based "what you said" on watching "Law & Order"? I *really* hate to be the one to break it to you Travis but "Law & Order" is NOT a documentary. ROFL! The original Law & Order is now in it's 19th season and the death penalty was available in the state of New York during some of those years but NOT since June of 2004. You are WRONG on the facts Travis.
I find two yahoos wondering why this case is not a capital murder case and I waste my time giving a factual response only to find you want to argue based on something you saw on reruns of "Law & Order"?
