Hey Won't Stop?? I am assuming you are referencing the appropriations bill that is so pork laden? Yes, there are parts and parcels that have been implemented, but the bulk of this appropriations bill doesn't kick in until right around election times, 2010 and 2012.
The bottom line is, there is nothing economically "stimulating" about this massive socialist spending bill.
