It is a concept Keith. Unless you happened to be a super geek like moi you
really don't need to know. CW
Like many important concepts, Web 2.0 doesn't have a hard boundary, but rather,
a gravitational core. You can visualize Web 2.0 as a set of principles and
practices that tie together a veritable solar system of sites that demonstrate
some or all of those principles, at a varying distance from that core.

Since the whole concept of Web 2.0 has passed you by, I will give it one
more try - Cable news networks (and possibly others) want to interact with
their audience in REAL TIME. How can they direct their audience to the area
on the web where they wish to interact with their audience without
mentioning TWITTER or Facebook in some cases?

Since you suggested that I "twittered" Rush, I will tell you that over nine
years ago I moderated (I mean moderated and not what passes for "moderating"
on this board) a very active political Onelist (became E-Groups and then
Yahoogroups) and Rush was a member. Alan Colmes was also a member and I
will tell you, Alan Colmes is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He
is wrong about just about everything but he is a very nice person. LOL
Those were the good old days before Web 2.0 and all this silly "tweeting".

You obviously Twittered Rush to ask him if I was intelligent or not.
Your weak responses don't surprise me.
