I'm sure that most everyone will remember, that President Obama sponsored a similar bill back in late 2007/early 2008 while in the Senate, captioned, "The Global Poverty Act"; where Americans would have been taxed by the United Nations.....In case anyone has forgotten the details, here is the bill:
