What a crock of shit. We need more community slaughter who have a connection to community. The monopoly on our food stuffs has kept us from being self sufficient and now these bastards want to crack down even more on the liberty of small business to sell goods to their own close nit public The proximal liability of home based small businesses dictate quality as it is the proximity of the business to the community which keeps those businesses running a clean and respectable shop. Isn't that what capitalism is based on? Monopolizing corporations have no connection to community and have no conscience. To hell with the FDA and the USDA.
