Hey Philo!!
I have seen this article previously, and when you get to looking into the
facts of this purported discovery, you will learn that it is no big secret.
The problem, is that the "reserves" for lack of a better term, is oil shale,
and almost impossible with today's technology to refine, or be able to
generate energy from.  It is by no means impossible however, and our Nation
should be looking at ways to improve our technology in order to generate
energy from this massive resource!!
