Hollywood has been low on talent and ideas for years. Hence the recent onslaught of old comics, sit-coms, and cartoons being made into movies. It sells, I suppose....but it doesn't exactly take alot of creativity.
I didn't like the original Three Stooges (once I hit puberty). Can't think of a reason why I'd pay money to go see a remake.
