EMP pulse is what it say's it is; 'a pulse' that has few if any long
term effects.

I'm afraid that's exactly what it is.

Gingrich wholly fails to mention what the U.S. response is while
waiting for
all this to happen.
Surely the U.S. defense is the very essence of incompetence.
Can we also lay the blame at his feet for making it that way?

So in other words, it's more like sci-fi paranoia.
