yes, that COULD be construed as torture, but that is THEIR way. You see, ALOT of citizens in these United States of America have the same problem... They think it is THEIR RIGHT to tell other countries how they should take care of their business. To be blunt and perfectly honest, it is TRULY not our place to ANY SOVERIEGNTY how to handle their Citizens. Fortunately, the sovereigns that make up the USofA have an agreement with each other on what is and is not acceptable to their Citizens. We call it the Constitution of these United States of America, and if our federation government would follow it, msot of our problems would disappear. More would disappear if our federation government would get out of the business of trying to tell other governments how to act. Sure, there are "rogue" nations out htere, and sure, we would still need to DEFEND OUR COUNTRY,but it would be so much easier to defend if we did not walk over other Nations like a bully in a schoolyard picking on the littlest kids in the yard. When i went to school we had one of those...then one day all the little kids got together and KICKED THE SHIT out of the bully.
