It's clear Pelosi et al knew about this all along and are liars The only reason they want this discussed is not because they have any concern for the civil liberties of terrorist suspects; Obama and Congress are bombing and killing whole families in Pakistan where they suspect a terrorist lives
Instead this discussion is just this week's "wag the rush" distraction to cover up for Obama's bailout of cronies, failed economic policies, bowing to dictators etc Launching trial balloons about prosecuting lawyers etc who advised Bush on what torture was is just a way of chilling free speech and telling anyone who worked for Bush, worked in intelligence gathering etc etc that we will throw you in jail if you criticize Obama. Just as the TARP bailout regulations and threats are just a way of telling anyone in the business world that we will go after you if you criticize Obama.
