So don't join one. Yeah right, bargaining should only be done by rich people to get richer. Let's all pretend the rich CEO's of these companies don't receive 350 times the wages of the laborer and sit on other BoD's rubbing elbows with others that make the same types of wages. No, the rich don't need a union of other rich people either. As if the individual laborer can bargain with these rich creeps is beyond naive, it's outright will never happen. Let's give all the money to the rich so they can be the driving force of the economy and see how that works out.
