ALL of Washington D.C. (not to be confused with the State on the opposite side of the Continent) are accomplices in the war Crimes of George W. Bush. You see? I, for one, am NOT so afraid of calling a criminal a criminal, no matter WHAT 'power' they have/had/ thinktheyhave. Yes, waterboarding has been TORTURE since BEFORE the Japanese did it and were convicted of it, and STILL IS today. And, IF you know a crime is about to be committed, or IS being committed, or HAS BEEN committed, and you say nothing, you become guilty of either accomplice, or at least aiding and abetting.
