Put a tax on mileage to fix the roads and highways. We tax the use of other entities. Why not roads? This city is pot-hole heaven!
Install surveillance cameras on every streetlight and require their installation on all homes as crime is up in once secure neighborhoods as the economy worsens and probably won't recover for ten years (my personal guess).
