i have, and always will, be opposed to special interest groups, to INCLUDE UNIONS. As the topic of this unions, i will stick with them for this. What gives someone the idea that they can come into a business, and tell the FOUNDER AND OWNER of that business how he/she MUST conduct business? Sure, unions have improved working conditions for employees, gotten them bigger salaries, made it almost impossible to fire the fire incompetent, made it nearly as hard to give the truly exceptional a raise to match his/her performance, and refused to take cuts and run the business into bankrupcy.
