For a day trip? You are sweet- thank you. Have to check on some property at least once in a while some of which I allow my new neighbor to mow and rip up when he is adding to his expensive joint now overlooking a recently endangered river. I promised two things to my mother during her dying days- that I wouldn't sell this property or go back to X with whom I had a six month old daughter. I paid dearly for breaking that latter promise. It's easier to pay taxes on a sweet piece of land twice a year.
