Between the unions and the hedge funds who own a lot of the paper on these auto companies Bambi might just have some problems. Last I read he was trying to get the hedge fund people to take 29% on the investments. The problem with that is that the people who provide the capital the hedge funds invested are precisely the people Bambi needs to invest in all his make-work fantasies.
