Our beloved Zero made noises about sending them all home or somewhere not in a prison. This now states that at least Zero understands that some of these guys are really dangerous. That is one thing he learned. He has also backtracked on a lot of the other things he was going to do right away once he realized the full scope of the problems. I still don't trust him in the job.
