Does that make Al Sharpton the leader of the Dems since he has
proclaimed in the past that if the candidate does not come to his
location he will not support them - and they do come? (Algore, Hillary,
Kerry all showed up to appear by his side or lose his support) Not sure
if Bambi did but it is possible or maybe he didn't need Sharpton while
the others did?

I would say that Sharpton has more of a chance of being leader of the
Dems than Rush has of being the leader of the Pubs. He forced them to
come to him while Rush has not done anything like that.
