The Second Amendment of the Constitution of these United States of America says "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Now, FIRST OFF, this is the ONLY place, in the ENTIRE document, where the word NECESSARY is used. Second, who would a FREE STATE need security FROM? an OPPRESSIVE Government. Third, i looked up the definition of INFRINGED and it came back (i am gonna paraphrase to make it easier for those in DHS that read this and don't understand complex phrases) made illegal. Now, with THAT in mind, the right to keep and bear arms has NOTHING to do with hunters. Therefore, ANY BAN ON ANY FIREARM is unConstitutional. This ban on so-called "assault rifles" (btw what, EXACTLY, is an "assault rifle") is especially dangerous because in order to SECURE A FREE STATE, you must have AT LEAST the same firepower as the attackers. I do NOT condone the instigating of aggression. I DO condone the DEFENSE AGAINST AGGRESSION. Once aggression has been initiated, then ALL BETS ARE OFF.
