I love the "law of the land", aka the Constitution of these United States of America. Unfortunately, our elected Republic Representatives seem to IGNORE it. In Article I, Section 8, Paragraph 3, it grants Congress the RESPONSIBILITY "To regulate Xommerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes." Now, NOWHERE does it say ANYTHING about forcing 'registration' for INSTATE commerce, even food. The FDA has NO AUTHORITY on how/when/where/why/or by whom over ANY foodstuff that is grown instate for use INSTATE.
Remember, if YOU ignore the Constitution, so will your Representatives. CALL, don't write or email, YOUR Republic Representative and TELL HIM/HER they are OVERSTEPPING their bounds. I DID.
