http://lewrockwell.com/spl/beware-of-gps.html Just one problem with that as far as the thief goes... the thief wouldn't know anything about your house or neighbors that you should have let known your leaving and should be watching your place. Thieves generally tend to "case out" a place before they rob it. And besides, the thief has already stolen your vehicle, which was the intended goal in the first place...at that point, he doesn't need to rob your house also. Albeit no one is saying thieves are always that smart. If a thief were to pull into where I live, driving my vehicle, he would instantly be recognized as someone who wasn't supposed to be here, then approached. He would then speed off while my neighbor called the local cops, who would then catch him because the cops know the area better than the GPS the thief is using. It would be ironic if the GPS led him right past the local police stations. --- My GPS is one of the portable ones that clip on the windshield. You should remove the clip and take the GPS with you.
