Well, If we keep on campaigning and speaking out, It is possible that CHANGE could happen. Remember that "everyone" said protesting the War in Vietnam was futile... but then we caused the end by marching in the streets of the USA.
Gov. Schwarzenegger's comment that "I think it's time for a debate" on the subject of legalizing, regulating and taxing marijuana in California seems to have elevated the topic to a much more serious level.
