Zeb, What word games? If Mobil/Exxon gets a oil lease on public land, as in land owned by the American citizen, drills for and finds oil who owns that oil? Does the Govt. of the United States, in the name of it's citizens ,own that oil or does Mobil/Exxon own that oil? Does not the owners of that oil (Mobil/Exxon) have the right to sell that oil to anyone they damn well please? What are you, some kind of damned Commie? You don't understand how private ownership and capitalism works? Just who's playing the word games here?
