Skip taking fish oil tablets as they contribute to clogged veins and
arteries (some study done on Eskimos). All you need is a couple of
tuna fish sandwiches a week. Skip the exotic fatty fish- they all
contain mercury levels. Do take a multi-vitamin and eat as healthy as
you can. One really cannot avoid the impact of modern industrialized
food production and its risk- just hope you have a tough constitution
and a mother who cooked real food. The current myth of growing your
own fails to recognize the impact of air, earth and water upon any
seedling. Try to look for country of origin when buying canned goods-
maybe a project for the FDA- as even the tin cans from the Far East
may be toxic. Good luck!
