I was just listening to a "news" interview about the decline of the US Newspaper and US TV News shows. There was a comparison given to what seem to be versions of the old "Police Blotters" which are selling more and more papers and the MSM "sources" above.
This one line summed it up and was said with great dismay..... I do not understand the publics disallusionment with journalism and it reporting of nuance complete news ............ It went on from there decrying what amounts to a "new" fascination with what used to be considered "hard news" and the opinion laden method used now that was formerly found solely on the Editorial pages.
