dick, Political grand -standing that means nothing. Just a few pols that feel they need a few more votes from the far right. How would it prevent prevent Arizona from passing legislation intended to effect atmospheric warming, or cooling, or change? Or use the term environment instead of "climate" etc. etc. Or use the word "impact" or "alter" insrwad of "change". Dumb piece of legislation, which by the way has not been passed and probably won't be.
