FDR bought off lots of people with government handouts and made them into slaves. The fact is most of the new deal was gettting thrashed by the courts until FDR's appointments started to gain momentum.
Tell me what part of the constitution actually empowers most of that stuff I understand the argument that the courts allow it but that doesn't answer the question for example, Senile Steven's dissent in Heller basically said that gun bans are constitutional because LOWER COURTS had held that way.
