The military trials were illegal according to the liberal activist judges. The judges in the reasonable districts ok'd them.
Won't work because the evidence is inadmissible. Too many of the witnesses are unavailable, the info is classified, a lot of the people are dead now, the ones already released who might be witnesses are back fighting for the terrorists. All sorts of reasons that the evidence is not available. Therefore the trial really cannot be held properly with all the right info.
