Registration of voters should be restricted to established public
offices (city hall, libraries, possibly school offices, etc.) that are
available to all on an equal basis. Isn't voting, at the end of the
day, supposed to be "one man, one vote" and equality of opportunity to
register and exercise this sacred public duty.
