I disagree.... The police acting stupidly could have been what I believed from my first post in here, which is they took it upon themselves to decide what is and isn't appropriate. I agree with VT... The guy was stressed and tired and after showing his ID, they should have appologized and left. Even the man's superior (Ref. PBS Nightly News with Jim Lehr) had said that this was definately a training issue where the officer should have handled it differently but that he (a black man, himself) did not believe that race had anything to do with it.
