I just saw the interview live with Don Oscar on REPRETEL and he said
that the only possible wrong was the removal from the country of
Zalaya by the army and that the method was "heavy handed" . The army
(Honduran) said it was possibly illegal as well and awaits the suit.
There is little doubt that his removal from office and the court
directed imprisonment was indeed a legal action by the Army. The Army
was afraid of internal strife had he remained in-country and sent him
to CR on their own accord. The court of human rights will review the
case.
