He is an illegal. that means he gets his sorry ass kicked out of here immediately. He can go to the back of the line and apply for entry. He pays a stiff fine and repays the gov'ts for every penny ever spent on him in gov't programs. And any money he owes for anything like student loans must be repaid before he gets his ass back in. Preferably no illegal ever deported is ever allowed back in for any reason. Period.
