So where has this occured? Obama bailed out the banks with public
funds--which remain under private ownership and run for private
profit. Socializing debt, without collective consent, and then
privatizing profit, again without collective consent (infact it is
opposed by the vast majority) is fascism

Banks, of course, are not privately owned. The Government
dictates almost every aspect through regulation and law.
Perhaps you might define 'own'.
What part of private involves government? There is ANOTHER
of your flaws.
