Herb Allison was appointed as the TARP Czar. As former CEO of Fannie Mae, an extremely significant contributor to our current economic mess, and former director of the New York Stock Exchange, he's was the perfect guy to head up TARP distribution. Right..... I thought Obama was Wall Street's worst nightmare. Silly me.
