What I don't understand, is the Republican position
on this issue.

IN ENERGY, PERIOD.
It is amusing how the incompetent Federal Government is
supposed to be *magically* competent in SOME areas and
not others.
The Constitution enumerates no authority to the Feds for
Energy policy any more that Health Care.
