So it is your contention that the medical cost containment is just a smoke screen. Where did you get the idea that the IRS will make medical decisions? What does this have to do with the fact that now a faceless insurance lawyer making decisions about who will and will not be paid for what procedures and making loop holes so the insurance company maximize profits while paying as little as possible. Just where and what is the source of your information?
