dick, This is a no brainer. All people have to do is say "no thanks" if they don't like the idea. The union only has permission to TRY and organize these people. Not much different that getting a soliciting permit to sell magazines door-to door, people are perfectly free to say "no thanks, now get off my front porch". Duuuuh.
