What happens when this guy demands to be provided with the proof that is outstanding against him and it is not exactly what civilian courts have to deal with. What happens when the accusers happen to be our spies who are currently serving in the field in Afghanistan or Pakistan or Iran. Do we then have to ship them here for testimony thereby killing them if they go back in the field or else this guy is set free. What happens if he is found not guilty. Are we going to have to set him free in the US?
