Bill, What percentage of the income and wealth does that top 25% have? What you refer to as "class warfare" has always existed and most likely always will. One has to have income in order to pay income taxes, one must have personal property in order to pay personal property taxes, one must have money to spend in order to pay sales taxes, and so on.
