i have been keeping my eye on the several attempts to get President Obama to show his TRUE and CORRECT birth certificate, not a hospital form saying he was born here or there, but the ACTUAL CERTIFICATE, and understand the press' desire not to give credence to 'frivalous lawsuits' that go nowhere. BUT, i have found that ONE SUCH has gone to a Grand Jury in Tennessee and yet, NOWHERE in the news do i see anything on this. The thing is, IF the individual that brought it before a Grand Jury and is under oath, and lies, he is guilty of perjury and punishable by prison. But NOTHING appears. oh, and it is a CRIMINAL CHARGE filed in that Grand Jury.
