according to those numbers...they are going green. you can't breath in Delhi or Beijing but then they have 1/3 of the worlds population china alone has 1/4 of it.. so someone that far down the list producing 1/4th the amount per capita is guiltier than a nation 4 times the amount per capita... something is seriously out of whack in the US.
