Sir,

This is to REMIND you that you have an obligation that you FREELY took on
to defend the Constitution of these United States of America. Now, with
healthcare in the wings, remember that there is nowhere in the Constitution
that allows you to tell ANY citizen how to spend his/her wealth. As a matter
of fact, BECAUSE that power is NOT in the Constitution, there IS wording that
FORBIDS the government requiring the population to purchase ANYTHING...this is
called the 10th Amendment, "The powers not delegated to the United States by
the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the
States respectively, or to the people." And if you want to bring up the
"general welfare clause" kindly show me where it improves ANY citizen's
FINANCIAL welfare to be in debt to ANYONE, much less as FAR indebted as we are
to the Federal Reserve Bank...Yes, the Constitution grants the Congress the
Power "To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;" NOT the DEBT of
the Untied States. And NO WHERE, even in the Amendments of the early 20th
Century, does it grant ANY Branch of government the power to DELEGATE AUTHORITY
vested in It. which means that NO WHERE does it Authorize ANY "central bank'
to make our 'circulating currency'. YOU are to Coin Money, no one is to PRINT
it. Get to work and FIX your errors or you WILL BE replaced this election
cycle.

Please note that this is being sent to not JUST my elected Representatives
but ALSO to several news agencies. And believe me when i say that it is ALSO
being circulated amoung the population in BCC.

sign me,

Clarance Roland O'Niel Seigler (USARMY ret.), born in Ozark, Alabama, son of

Thomas Malcolm Seigler, born in Alabama.
