Ordinary citizens in the Czech Republic
will be allowed to grow up to five plants: The cabinet of Prime
Minister Jan Fischer defined personal use amounts of cannabis and other
drugs, clarifying the nations new penal code that will decriminalize
cultivation and possession of pot.
According to the new law, other plants can also be grown, such as
mushrooms, hemp and coca.
